Wholesale, Private Label or New Structure?

Choose between existing-style wholesale, private label on an approved structure and new-structure development using clear project evidence.

Recommendations must be confirmed against the selected product structure, target market and approved Product Master.

Existing-style wholesale

Choose published products that already have an approved structure and real product images. Send the target SKU list, quantities, destination market and sample requirements. This is the most direct route when the current material, shape and finish already meet the assortment plan.

Private label on an existing structure

Start with an approved product, then define artwork, color references, marking position, packaging format, labels and quantity. Each logo, color and packaging process is confirmed for the selected structure before quotation. Branding does not expand vehicle compatibility.

New-structure development

Use this path when no existing structure meets the requirement. Provide a physical key or reference sample, dimensioned drawing, target material, functional openings, quantity and market requirements. Engineering review comes before tooling, and an approved sample comes before production.

Choose the route with evidence

Use existing-style wholesale for current products, private label when presentation changes but structure remains, and new-structure development when the physical design must change. In every route, confirm product structure, quantity, sample expectations and approval checkpoints before ordering.

Questions buyers ask

Can private labeling change product fitment?

No. Branding changes presentation, while fitment remains tied to the approved physical structure.

What information starts an OEM review?

For an existing product, provide the SKU, quantity, market, artwork, color and packaging requirements. For a new structure, also provide a physical sample or dimensioned drawing and the required openings.

When is a new mold considered?

Only after current structures have been reviewed and the new physical requirement, dimensions and manufacturability have been confirmed.
