Count every control position
Include lock, unlock, trunk, panic, remote start, sliding-door and blank molded positions. A four-button cover cannot be assumed to fit a five-position key even when the outer body looks similar.
Compare the sequence
Check the top-to-bottom and side-to-side order of the symbols. Pay attention to split rows, recessed areas and long or round button zones because those details define the cover opening pattern.
Use the layout with key shape
Match button layout and overall key profile together. If either differs, choose another candidate or request manual confirmation before a fitment statement is made.
